Prevent Heat Exhaustion

Summertime is fun for the entire family, including your furry family members. Unfortunately, during these hotter days, your pet may be feeling more exhausted than usual. If you don’t let your dogs relax in cool areas after running around under the sun, they could overheat, suffer from heatstroke, or something much worse!

Here are some symptoms that your dog may be showing if they’re overheated:

  • Excessive panting
  • Lethargy
  • Mental and physical incoordination

To prevent this exhaustion, we urge you to keep your dog in the shade or in cooler temperatures as much as possible. Also, be sure to keep them properly hydrated while they’re having fun in the sun.
